The Hatchery flips the model: artists keep 70% equity, see revenue from day one with no recoupment, and get real-time transparency through the proprietary Hatchery OS platform. The company is launching its first facility in Jacksonville, FL in Q3 2026.

Tom Lowry (Kier Sawyer) - Founder & CEO

Tom Lowry brings a unique combination of fintech expertise and artistic experience to The Hatchery. Over 20 years in banking and financial services, he held leadership roles across six fintech companies that were subsequently acquired, with $3B+ in combined revenue and teams totaling 5,000+ members.

As an artist and producer for 30 years under the name Kier Sawyer, Tom experienced firsthand the predatory practices of traditional labels. This combination of technical expertise and personal pain point led him to build The Hatchery—the infrastructure he wished existed when he started his music career.

Tom built the Hatchery OS MVP himself (full-stack) and is leading the company's expansion into the $250B creator economy.
